Slight delivery delay, but I was kept informed

Thanks for the chairs. (I bought two) with massage and heater. There was a delay, but I was kept informed all the time. The handsets were missing on one of the chairs, but were sent to me the very next day, and both chairs are working well.. and after the chairs were delivered management rang to see if I was happy with their service and yes I would buy from them again!

I needed new dining chairs and had looked online and in a few furniture stores but couldn't find what I liked. I found the site 'Homes Delux' when looking for something else so spoke with the Director of the company who was very helpful and patient and sent me several pictures of dining chairs. I ordered 4 of the Mmilo Toronto dining chairs and am very pleased with them. The company 'Homes Delux' followed up and contacted me to see if I was satisfied with my order. In today's World, it was very refreshing to get a call from them to check that I was happy with the order.

Excellent portable infrared heater and customer service

There aren't many portable infrared heaters on the market at the moment. This one costs more than some, but is well designed, works great, is lightweight and likely will pay for itself over time as it uses a fraction of the electricity of other types of portable heaters. (It's important to remember that infrared heaters warm up people and objects, not whole rooms. Think heaters at outdoor pubs and restaurants these days.) I had little problem setting it up with the Smart Life app on the iPhone. Also, hats off to Keith at Homes Delux who is easy to reach and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Herschel Select 500 Watt Portable Infrared Heater
Ideal heater for Garden Office

I purchased the Herschel Select XLS heater and Wifi control unit for use in my new garden room. The company building the garden room had not seen infrared heaters before but were happy to install it on the ceiling of the new garden room. This frees up valueable wall space and means the whole room is heated from above.
I am happy with the result, the 400W heater heats the 3m x 3m garden room up in around 10 minutes and then I can turn it off. The WiFi control allows me to preheat the garden room by turning it on before I go out to start work using a third party app on my phone.

We bought this bed from Homes Delux and received the best customer service ever! Keith was extremley helpful and kept us fully updated on our order. As we were moving to a new house, we needed to delay the delivery of the bed and he was more than happy to do this for us and when we were ready for delivery ensured that we received the item promptly.
This bed is a really nice bed with loads of great storage underneath, it was flat packed and had many parts but once you can set aside all the parts it was straightforward to build. The quality is excellent and we are very pleased with this item and would highly recommend anyone using Homes Delux when purchasing furniture. The customer care has really exceeded our expectations!

I couldn’t be happier with my regal swivel massage recliner. It does exactly what it says in the advert. It really helps with my back ache and it was delivered very quickly. Excellent product and service

I bought a bedroom set, 2 bedside tables and a chest of drawers. I was impressed with the speedy delivery and the quality of the products which seem to be made of good material, they feel solid and sturdy when put together. I personally feel that good furniture has a certain weight to it, and this has that weight. Not like cheap, light, ikea tat. They were also easy to assemble.

If I were to suggest one area for improvement, the app the delivery company used wasn't the best, but the delivery itself went without problems.

I would personally shop at homes delux again.

In itself sofa was as expected except for the fact that the haulage firm who delivered it transported it on its end . allied to the fact that too many legs were in the bag on the bottom this extra weight cased the under lining to rip.

Great little heater and top notch service

I bought this because I live in a one-bed flat heated by expensive electric space heaters. Like many people, I'm quite worried about the energy price cap, so I was looking for a more cost effective way to stay warm. After some reading I learned that infra-red panel heaters are the cheapest way to heat your home using electricity and this particular heater costs on average 7p per day to run.

So glad I made the investment! Although this model is meant only as a top up heater, it's brilliantly effective. It heats differently to the kind of heaters you may be used to – rather than heating the air in the room, it provides radiant heat, which means it warms objects it's pointed at. It feels like warm sunshine! It's sturdily made, but also lightweight and easy to move to where you need it. The Smart Life app to control it is great, too – although it needs wifi to connect, once it's set up you can control it from your phone where ever you are, which is great if you forget to turn it off before you go out or if you get stuck out in a cold snap and you're thinking of your poor pets at home.

I'd just like to say a few words about the service from Homes Delux too. I received the heater promptly after ordering, which was great. But they also kept me informed every step of the way, with confirmation of payment, dispatch and tracking. Cordial and customer focussed throughout, which is a personal touch generally lacking from most big online retailers these days.

I heartily recommend both product and supplier!
